Ray has worked as a freelance journalist and media producer for over two years, developing content, researching and analysing online media activity and providing materials for multiple start-ups. She executed a strong digital PR campaign for farawayfish.com creating a buzz that led to significant subscribers and press and blogger following.

Ray also works on fyiradio.net – the first LGBT-youth produced podcast station and has managed to secure a series of funding grants for the organisation.
